I got this video today at a social networking site. I thought was funny so asked the the maker of the video to tell me a little bit about the video.
The creator and white rapper of the video, Daniel Stessen says it ’s based on a true story about his attendance at a cipher which is a jam session where everyone contributes. When it came to Daniel’s turn to perform he tried to tell them he was a writer and not a rapper but when they shamed him into rapping something he blurted out “I don’t do this very often/ I don’t mean to be rude/ but all I want to talk about is how I blow duuuuddeess.”
Daniel says no one laughed and he felt so uncomfortable that he had to leave the party. His friend Reuban who he met that night (and plays the guy who breaks up the beatbox) said to him, “You just can’t rhyme like that inside the cypher. People don’t like that” to which Daniel replied, “I will keep that in mind the next time I find myself inside the cypher.”
Can I just say how much I love this song medley with the legendary Mae West? Check out this clip from the jaw-dropping 1970s movie bomb “Myra Breckenridge” starring Raquel Welch as a vengeful post-op transexual woman.
In this video medly Mae West sings “Taste All The Fruit” combined with Otis Reddings “Hard to Handle.” Check […]
Here’s a show called Barebackers, performed by Dancetheater by Octavio Campos which is described as:
an evening-length performance that explores the nature of desire in a marginalized world where new forms of communication and a fraught sexual epidemiology have altered the experience of intimacy. Bugchasers are young men who compulsively seek to become HIV positive, […]
Thanks to Jim over at Lifelube.org for this great Bollywood style condom number. Follow the brightly colored condoms as the sing and dance their way through the streets of India extolling the benefits of condom use.
This is how they explored gender issues in the 70s: Two newborn babies (voices by Mel Brooks and Marlo Thomas) are trying to figure out whether they are a boy or a girl in “Free To Be… You And Me”- a children’s film from 1974. The poor baby portrayed my Mel Brooks wants to grow […]
What may be the gayest and most elaborate Christmas decoration that we have seen this year is the jaw dropping and truly astounding Paris Opera House made out of Gingerbread by Curtis Jensen.
Curtis has been making Gingerbread pieces since he was a kid and this year Curtis was kind enough to videotape his construction […]
Love the Heat Miser! Growing up in cold Erie, Pennsylvania, I always wondered what it would be like to have a Christmas that wasn’t cold. Now, I just have to wait a few more decades for Global Warming to kick in! Or I could just go to Florida. Feel free to embed your YouTube Christmas […]
Truly awful but in a funny way. Do not show this to your mother or it will make her cry. It’s the fabulous Jackie Beat singing her scandalous parody of Santa Baby in a video by artist Austin Young!
Please give Fausto the thumbs up at the Gay Bloggies!
Thanks Ryan for sending us this!
And for something […]
