Happy mother’s day, Patricia! I’m stuck at home today, with internet access that is the equivalent of two tin cans tied together with a string, so I can’t listen to the show… sigh. But I’ll look forward to catching up tomorrow — I always love it when you make a guest appearance!

You remind me of the mother of a very close friend of mine. Whenever she visits from NYC, my partner and I adopt her as our second mom, and go out for drinks and have a grand old time. We can tell her stories about all the characters who lived in our old building… prostitutes (well, truthfully only one prostitute, a very pretty tranny) and pervy old men and crazy cat ladies… Stories that my OWN mother would definitely not appreciate!

I got to meet Fausto and Marc this weekend at Alt Q, which was lovely. You have a very charming son and son-in-law! (son-out-law? should we coin a new term?) I think it’s wonderful that you’re so supportive of their creative endeavors. A lot of parents are less enthusiastic, and a little befuddled, when their child veers off into the art-making world…

Sending (virtual) flowers for Sky as she recovers from surgery. WIth any operation, there is risk, so I’m glad it went so well, and hope she heals quickly… She’s lucky to have her family with her.

Wow I hope both of their surgeries go well as well as the recoveries. They will be in my prayers. Hey I was just wondering something. I’ve listened for about a year now and have heard a couple interveiws with MTF’s but never any FTM’s. Any reasons why?

I consider myself pretty informed but I learned a few things on today’s show, thank you. I was really happy to hear the community health clinic suggestion and the precautions re: hormone dosing. Very informative. Wonderful guest.

ps if you guys are looking to interview an FTM guest I used to compete in the rodeo circuit with a guy who has had one of the most amazing transformations. He’s the biggest baddest buchest hottest man. Its been a few years since we’ve been in touch but I know he was saving for the cock surgery and he was going to have it done in Belgium.

So is the pic of Sky at the top pre-op? She’s gorgeous already! So when will we be able to see the documentary? I hope the recovery is much easier than she anticipates and the results are all she desires! Same for Patricia!
