We are under attack! Last night while we were taping our show it seemed the whole city of Chicago was exploding with fireworks. Throughout the show you can hear the cracks and pops of kids, adults and the local municipalities popping firecrackers to celebrate Independence Day. Whooo.
The “guy in the suit” also known as Bill Haddad comes over to join us once again to talk about the Grateful Dead. Did you know Bill is a Dead-head, in other words, a die-hard Grateful Dead fan. In case you’re wondering, yes, Bill has smoked pot and eaten “magic cookies.” This was years before he decided to become sober.
I personally think pot should be legal in the U.S. even though I don’t care to smoke it. It’s a real waste of taxpayers money to persecute people for growing, smoking and toking ganja. Really.
Today we’re talking about movie-themed news. Lesbian gangs are taking over (West Side Story), real-life pirañas are being found in rivers in North Carolina (Piraña) and Dracula’s castle is being up for sale in Transylvania (Dracula.) I think some enterprising gay guy should buy it and turn it into a bed and breakfast.

At least, i think this is what marc was refering to. This is some reasearch being done with a group of existing drugs that have been used for other purposes for a long time now, and actually short term memory loss is one of the side effects. so apparently they’re trying to find a use for this side effect by delving into how short term memory turns into long term… well, i think they can explain it better than I can

I don’t really know what I did to him, but my friends all think he was probably a scat queen in disguise. I wish I could remember what his screen name was, but this was at least 6-7 years ago. Another great show!
