The Seven and a Half Headed Hydra of Celebrity ApocalypseLet’s hear it for the boy! Lets hear it for my man. Let’s hear it for my babies.

Okay, so I’m acting a little odd misquoting Denise William’s fabulous song from the tacky Footloose soundtrack, but I’m feeling good!

Yesterday I was literally bursting with tears of joy upon learning that we had been nominated for TWO, count them, two people’s choice podcast awards, in the top category no less. Best GLBT podcast and Podcast of the Year. These are the “Oscars” of podcasting people, and YOU get to decide who will win! Voting starts on Saturday, you can vote only once a day per email & IP address. Please follow the rules.

To celebrate, we’re all heading down to Gentry on State Street at 8:30 pm tonight with all the regulars and the fans of the show and then heading on to Loews on 600 N. Michigan Avenue to check out the midnight premiere of the Simpsons Movie. Get your ticket now through Fandango, we’ll save a space for you in line! It’s going to be a small crowd, so it’s your one chance to get to hang with us.

Did I mention that Li-Lo is running from the law? Yes, she chewed off her alcohol monitoring bracelet and was found fighting with a woman in a parking lot. They sure did pave paradise for our Miss Lohan- also known by her alter ego, Frankie Muniz. Have you noticed the resemblance and the fact that they are never ever in the same room at the same time? Yes, Lohan and Muniz are in fact the same person.

Our “Bomba Atomica” of podcasting, Miss Ronnie joins us once again to talk about all sorts of delicious topics, like the fact that many divas have turned to singing gospel music to help pay the rent. They have left their sassy ways and now are going to lead you to the promised land.

We crossed the boycott line to see the Hairspray movie and some of us agree, John Travolta was a travesty. The scariest part I learned about the making of this film is that he WASN’T wearing a fat suit! Eek. Vinny Barbarino is getting big.

A New Zealand gym is really angry at a phonebook company because some prankster decided to run an ad claiming it was a gay gym. Find me a gym that isn’t a little gay. Even prison gyms are gay. Even the guy who owns this gym looks a little gay.

The British Girl Guides (U.K. Girl Scouts) want to be taught safe sex in addition to managing their money, a new study shows. I would LOVE to earn the patch for using a condom.

The podcast that is hard to kill- Feast of Fools. Voting starts on Saturday. Vote once a day.

Congratulations guys! You deserve to win both awards!

If you guys came to Dallas to see the Simpons, I would buy popcorn for everyone!!!

That Ronnie Sassafraction Dance Mix song was fantastic! It listened to it a few extra times!
That “gay” gym story reminded me of something that happened in the local newspaper of Fitzgerald, GA(I was born there.) My cousin works at the Fitzgerald Herald Leader. They had a contest where local children were invited to submit drawings of the Easter Bunny. The winning drawings were used in local ads. The children who won got a tour of the newspaper. Well one jealous boy who did not win first place defiled the winning entry without anyone noticing. When the newspapers were printed and distributed the winning Easter Bunny was now sporting a big penis! My cousin said the office was flooded with complaints. She showed me a copy and sure enough it was a penis. I wish I had a copy of it now.

Ronnie, you are at a 10. Can you take it down to a 6 or 7? Take that Rock Star away from the Diva. Woooo lordy.

Just make sure to substitute the Rock Star drink for a Redbull since Rockstar energy drink is owned by the same nutjobs that inspire Michael Savage (Weiner’s) empire.

Oh yeah, right wing nutjob!

He coined the term “Compassionate Conservative.” Don’t buy rock star!

Congrats Ladies and Gentlemen ! I am sure y’all will win the Podcast of the Year !

Miss Ronnie was in rare form and damn that was entertaining ! :)

Hairspray as a John Waters Film… Great
Hairspray as a Broadway Musical… Amazing
Hairspray as a Blockbuster Movie… Leaves alot to be desired.

Edna Turnblad is my Favorite Character, I’ve played her in a recent Musical Revue I produced.

They made Edna To Glamorous, seemingly because they were afraid of how the public would react… Dumb Ass John Travola… - _-
