Get your mind out of the gutter. I’m talking about the delicious Polish donut that is only offered before Lent as a way to get rid of all the junk food ingredients in the house. This is a religious thing.
And what a wonderful way to be religious: by stuffing your face full of cheese-filled pastry. Yum. If all religious dogma went down this easy, I’d be on my knees all the time.
Did you vote today? Before you go out to celebrate Mardi Gras, don’t forget to vote in the primaries if they are happening in your state. Also known as Super Tuesday, it’s the day where most of the states in the Union decide who the candidate is going to be in the 2008 U.S. Presidential Election.

Identify my needs and then fulfill them. That’s service! Marcus is a hottie, that’s for sure. It was refreshing to hear a Hollywood actor being so sex-positive and fluid with his own identity. If actors are really supposed to be chameleons, shouldn’t they embrace a broader view, and by broader view I mean me.
What I really question is that he says he works out just an hour a week. That’s not realistic to me. If that were the case we’d all have great bodies like his.

I wonder how much being raised black in the UK as opposed to the US has impacted that openness and lack of phony macho swagger so many US born black male celebrities have. While I find it difficult to believe that his body is the result of only one workout a week (those online pics are amazing!) , I do have a friend here in in SF whose body is cut and defined and who only does Yoga. My friend doesn\’t have quite the bulk that Marcus is packing. That is a superb body.
