Fausto blows the candles on his birthday cakeIt’s my birthday! We’re gonna party like it’s your birthday and drink Bacardi, like it’s your birthday…

Fausto's birthday cake!Don’t you just love this cake? We went to our neighborhood Swedish Bakery to get my favorite chocolate birthday cake and we asked the nice young woman behind the counter to write “Happy Birthday Fausto - Do NOT Sit on Cake.” When I went by to pick up the cake, she asked me if I wanted to see the cake, and I screamed “THOSE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE INSTRUCTIONS!!!” much to her horror, but quickly told her it was just a joke.

How was the cake? Delicious. Those Swedish bakers use real buttercream to frost every cake and I can tell you it rocks. Beforehand we went over to the new local restaurant Big Jones to have a great southern style dinner with pink champagne. Thanks Mark and Paul!

Fausto's sister Yayi after her faceliftMy half sister Yayi calls me without fail every single birthday every year to talk on the phone for a good hour, so Marc and I decided to work her into the podcast because we know the gays just LOVE a good diva, and Yayi is a DIVA in spades.

A real cougar, Yayi (prounounced “ja gee” for non Spanish speakers) just spent months of grieving over our fathers death by getting a face-lift and breast job and today she looks fabulous.

Meanwhile in Michigan, a delicious looking drag queen repeatedly crashed her car into a lingerie store after being refused to be hired as a sales clerk.

She should have screamed “I’ll be back.” Jeremy McIntosh, the Terminator Terrorizing Trannie was reported wearing make-up, blue capri pants and red flip-flops, a flowery blouse and bra to match. After being arrested Jeremy told the cops she was homeless and wanted to go to jail where she at least would get a good meal, and probably a little action.

Hey spring is here and my advice to everyone is to let spring fever take a hold of you and let it run all over your body. A new study by the Cancer Council in Melbourne, Australia claims that masturbation is not only good for you but it could save your life.

Over 2,500 hot Australian men were interviewed about their sexual habits and the results were compared to those who had developed prostrate cancer. The results? Those who had ejaculated the MOST between ages of 20-50 were the least likely to develop prostate cancer, as much as by 30%.

One of the sexiest Australian men I know, Michael Johns just got booted off the reality TV singing competition American Idol and has been spotted in bars in Atlanta downing Jaeger shots mixed with espresso coffee. Michael! Give us a call and let us help you fight cancer.

The podcast that helps you blow those candles out- Feast of Fools.

Feliz cumpleanos Princesa!
Looking forward to seeing you gals this evening at the ssssuper gay and sssssexy forum at the Center. I think it is going to be PACKED. And then slushies afterwards —– grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Work that birthday into a birthday weekend, Faustina!
Thanks for all you do for our community - you’re precious.

Does anyone else think with the placement of the leaf it looks like:
“Do not sit on Cok”?

happy belated birthday, fausto!

¡qué fabulosa es la yayi! me encantaría si ella fuera una invitada frecuente.

yesterday WAS amazing in chicago. i walked home along the lakefront and so many guys were out cruising. summer is a total fuck-fest in chicago.

i’d like to check the forum out tonight, but you guys aren’t making it easy for the working man. 6 o’clock starting time and lasting 3 hours? i’m sure its worth it so i’ll try, but at the very least buying you guys a drink would be great. besos.

hey pete - we won’t actually start chatting at 6 - there will be time for people to get in, settle, to schmooze and eat and all that - and we won’t chat all the way til 9…. so no worries - come on by. but we do know it is going to be FULL UP in there, so if you wanna sit, try to get there close to 6….

Happy Birthday!!
and OMG your gonna have Jeffree Star of the FOF??!!
ahh im so excited!

drink=good

It was great hanging out with you guys last night, and thanks for the Big Jones mention and link! We hope to see all your delicious listeners at our place soon - brunch, tea, dinner, and cocktails every day!

When we got home last night we sat on the back porch facing south and we saw a huge meteor flash in the sky around midnight! It was like a big firework explosion, and it was blue. Seriously! It must have been meant for your birthday. :)

Nice ake Fausto. Your comments on the show on ways to trick the bakery when ordering a cake reminded me of this picture, from Grammar Girl :

Wait…I thought cakes were for sitting and not for eating!

All cakes will be sat until the boys are back from Iraq!

Oh Pepper! I just love it when birthday cakes read all sorts of crazy fun stuff. I’ve hanged out with Miss Gramma Girl Mignon Fogarty, and she is a class act! (LOVE HER)

Marc and Mignon Fogarty (Grammar Girl)

Sorry Corey, but I just HAD to eat my delicious birthday cake! Don’t worry, I’ll sit on a cake for you anytime.

Happy Birthday, Fausto! This cake is for eating :)
