Video blogger B. Scott is all about the love. So much in fact that he puts the word love even before his name on his YouTube channel and blog LoveBScott.
As one of the most viewed video bloggers on YouTube, some of B. Scott’s video entries have been seen by about the same number of people who watch American Idol.
Like other queer YouTube celebrities, B. Scott represents a fundamental shift in people gaining access to a large, mainstream audience. As B. Scott has said many times- “outsiders are taking over.”
I guess the revolution will be televised after all, and like many times before, fabulous divas like B. Scott are leading the way.
And what a revolution it is! B. Scott’s videos usually have him wearing nothing but a towel, passionately preaching his message of inclusively and embracing your unique self.
B Scott has ventured into music and one of his fans even wrote music for a his Paw Paw dance that he made famous in his videos. Marc was teasing B. Scott that his Paw Paw dance was some kind of Santeria or Voodoo dance to put curse on Martha Stewart’s dog Paw Paw that just passed away. B Scott denies any involvement in the sad passing and insists that he loves dogs, animals and Martha Stewart. Make sure you subscribe to our weekly Feast Blast and you’ll get a free song from B. Scott next week.
How did he get there? Listen to today’s show and find out B. Scott’s secrets to video blogging and cultivating a following on YouTube.
We chat with B. Scott about why he loves to get naked, his thoughts on hate speech and how easy it is to post hateful comments on YouTube. We also discuss what keeps him going through the rough times and what he and Chris Crocker said about Perez Hilton when they recorded a video session together but later edited out.
Urging you to B all you can B- Feast of Fools.

Those folks over on Cracked are witty! I read the first dozen or so submitted captions for the Adorian potty pic and they were all funny!

Great guest! BScott can count me as a new subscriber.
PureeTofu says:
Alright, I’ve got to get on the bandwagon and I don’t care for anybody doing blackface.
However, you’ve got to allow free speech and remember that everybody’s opinion will not align with yours.
Now, in regards with Shirly Q, I don’t really have concern about his comedy, however the way he has operated his website is just dirty.
Teddy says:
BScott was a doll. Great interview guys!
Rob says:
input your comment here… Great show……now where do I find the Shemar Moore wallpaper?
PureeTofu says:
WHOA?!?!?!
I just heard that B. Scott is from North Karao-lacki as well.
Hmm, tobacco farm, you had to be from the western part of the state, I’m an east coast boy (Wilmington).
DCRyan says:
Great chemistry on this show, loved B Scott, you couldn’t help but smile listening to him. And, unlike some other internet celebrity interviewees who shall remain nameless, he even put Feast of Fools in his blog. Now that shows to me that B Scott is truly genuine.
Cliff Dix says:
WOW! I love Love B Scott! What a great personality. He is so upbeat and bubbly that I couldn’t help but smile and feel good. I wish I could be that positive and upbeat for just half of the day. Love to you all!
I love the quote about falling in the hole you are digging for someone else. So be nice everybody.
Fausto Fernós says:
Here is the Shemar Moore wallpaper- you can download the original size here:

Pete says:
B. Scott was a delight. He deserves all his current and future success. Perez Hilton better watch out since there’s always somebody younger and hungrier coming down the stairs after you.
Riley says:
B. Scott is great. I luv him
Fausto Fernós says:
Okay B. Scott fans! Let’s start the grassroots movement to bring this beautiful man to the Windy City! If you enjoyed hearing him on the podcast, imagine what it would be like to have the whole thing happen live in front of a studio audience.
Anyone have any ideas on how we can create an online petition to bring B. Scott to Chicago?
Felix Bedingfield says:
Mark — a note on butt babies:
Ass babies don’t grow. They seep.
Wan says:
I smiled throughout listening the entire interview! B Scott was such a blast!
6ColorzRadio says:
So love you guys first off and B.Scott love him too! Good job guys
Marty Mouse says:
Great guest and interview.
That “Generic” Yogurt store mentioned on today’s show, recently settled a class action lawsuit over the marketing of “all-natural” and the use of the word “yogurt”. NYT has an article on what those secret lab produced ingredients were….

The bad publicity hasn’t really hurt them, and its been very popular here in LA. I’m sure its going to invade every city in a year or two.
Fausto Fernós says:
You know Marty, I just DONT see it coming here to Chicago. Frozen yogurt is SO west coast. But I could be wrong, but eating chilly snacks in a part of the country where it’s winter most of the year isn’t very appealing.
Still, I would love to have some right now.
Henry says:
What a great show. I smiled from beginning to end. You were right about how delightful BScott is, nothing phased me after listening to this show. Thank you, i am now a fan of BScott as well. It would be great to have him back! I had pinkberry on my mind last night and still crave it. Don’t think it is here in Atlanta. (?)
Keep up the great work!
brain-fork says:
Not a fan of the long, smooth hair … the puffy curls are way sexier.
I love his laugh, it’s so adorable. Great choice of guest guys. You rock B. Scott!
Tallguy says:
This was a great interview. B. Scott sounds like a fun person to hang out with. His laugh was great. I’ll be checking out his youtube page.
Great Job!
Nathan says:
Oh my shit… B Scott was fantastic. I giggled the whole show!
The B Scott nomenclature– Paw paws, lovemuffins, booboos, ding-a-ling, bagel-buns–cracked my ass up! This was definitely a very fun show, and B Scott’s energy was infectious and inspiring. I beamed when he talked about being amongst his people in gay crowds.
I can understand that, I feel the need to bring a book when I’m the only queer in a room!
Bring his ass back.. and this time in person!
Love and muffins,
Nathan
Jonas says:
I think he was much better than a certain previous video blogger. This guy actually appeals to the goodness in people rather than calling them all kinds of things and trying to be one big b*tch 24/7.
Matt says:
Omg loved him! So bubbly and fresh. He kept me smiling the whole way threw. Love his vibe and energy and the chemistry between your alls personalities blending and mixin’ together, it was fabulous! Another great show you guys! Sending you lots of love, unicorns, and all the cowboys in Stoddard county! ye-haw!
Matty a.k.a “vanman”
AdamDownTown says:
What a great show! From one North Carolinian to another — love getting to know B. Scott on your show. Can I second the emotion? … his laugh and fun open spirit was just what I needed. And I loved the way both you felt in sync, nice energy from the get go.
Jonzu says:
I think B. Scott is channeling a little Jayne Mansfield with that infectious giggle: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdBPb5HAw6E
and we all need a little Jayne in our lives!
I really am glad that he provides such a positive view on life. Thank you. Love the Paw Paw dance!
Fausto Fernós says:
I still have Paw Paw running through my head!
StevenvanL. says:
Ding ding?
That giggle will haunt me in my dreams…
Curtis says:
Great interview.
It doesn’t matter how many times you try to convince me, being able to proudly and powerfully call myself a capital F Faggot is a very positive and empowering part of my life - quit trying to take it away from me!
Andrew J says:
Awesome interview. I can’t believe the energy this guy has! It just makes me smile.
Benji says:
So I guess I’m going to be the mean one but I could only listen to the show for 7 minutes. That laugh B. Scott has kills me. I can’t handle it. WOW! Just WOW!
StevenvanL. says:
Don’t worry Benji - I didn’t say ‘haunt’ for nothing in my comment. I was a bit creeped out by the girly giggle too - not because it came from a guy, but because it came from a grown-up.
Oscar says:
i loveeed his laugh
b scott was amazing
definetly have him back on the show
Fausto Fernós says:
I think I’m a new fan! Loving the Love B Scottness. He’s a great guy ya’ll.
Kenny says:
Talk about high energy, whew! I was exhausted after that podcast. I had to listen to it in three stages.
Oyun says:
I think he was much better than a certain previous video blogger.
